tabjee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and tabjee ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all products and services made available at tabjee.ws and any related mobile-optimised interface.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing any wager, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. tabjee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open and maintain an account with tabjee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by tabjee for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of tabjee or any affiliated entity.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

tabjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on tabjee. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tabjee may close the additional account(s), void any winnings generated from them, and retain any bonus funds credited to them.

All financial transactions on tabjee are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to player balances. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected internet banking channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your tabjee account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. tabjee does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal per transaction is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one business day for bank transfer methods. tabjee reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the tabjee account.

Chargebacks and Fraud: Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after wagering has taken place constitutes fraud. tabjee will immediately suspend the account pending investigation and may pursue recovery through available legal channels.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. tabjee reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances, provided the remaining balance is sufficient to cover that fee. Players will receive advance notice by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

tabjee offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 100% on selections with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonuses must be claimed and the associated wagering requirement fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will expire automatically.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• tabjee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if evidence of abuse, fraud, or collusion is identified.

Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly credited or not credited as expected should contact tabjee support within 48 hours of the qualifying event. Claims raised after that window may not be considered.

All bets placed on tabjee are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all wager details — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming a bet. tabjee does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error on the Platform is independently verified.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tabjee reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account-level limits where unusual wagering patterns are detected.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement has elapsed; a manifest pricing error has occurred; or the bet was placed on a market that was opened in error.

Casino Game Integrity: All casino games available on tabjee use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. tabjee does not alter game outcomes and does not have access to RNG seed data used in individual game rounds.

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's state at the time of disconnection. tabjee is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

tabjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible from every registered account at no cost, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that tabjee's products are provided for entertainment purposes only. You agree that you will not use the Platform as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or funding essential living expenses.

All content on the tabjee Platform — including but not limited to the tabjee brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, written content, software, and data structures — is the proprietary property of tabjee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, scraped, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tabjee.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by tabjee.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data held by tabjee.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Platform's operation.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location for the purpose of accessing the Platform or obtaining a bonus.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity including money laundering or fraud.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

tabjee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

tabjee uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all Platform connections. Player data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tabjee and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failure.

tabjee's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tabjee does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

If you have a complaint relating to any aspect of the tabjee Platform, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct engagement with tabjee support, you may escalate the matter by sending a written summary of the dispute to the same email address marked "Formal Dispute". tabjee will appoint a senior representative to review the matter independently and provide a written final decision within fifteen (15) business days.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally applicable principles of international commercial law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tabjee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver: tabjee's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future circumstance.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. tabjee may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity without your consent, provided that the successor entity agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
